At Fabrena, we provide specialised policies designed for sensitive skin sufferers. We maintain strict hygiene and trial standards.
Rescue Silk Pillowcase: The 60-Night Trial
We know skin doesn't heal in one night. Sleep on your Rescue Silk Pillowcase for up to 60 nights. If your skin isn't improving or you aren't satisfied, email support@fabrena.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Hygiene & Safety: We never accept used bedding back into our facility. If a refund is issued, the pillowcase is yours to keep, donate, or gift. Do not ship used silk back to us.
Exchanges (Wrong Size or Color)
If your pillowcase is unopened and you need a different size or color:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return the unused, sealed pillowcase
- We'll ship the replacement at no charge
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our Grade 6A Mulberry Silk standard, Contact Us immediately. We'll ship a replacement right away.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
