Rescue Silk Pillowcase: The 60-Night Trial

We know skin doesn't change in one night. Sleep on your Rescue Silk Pillowcase for up to 60 nights. If it isn't working for you, email support@fabrena.com within 60 days of delivery to start your return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

How to Start a Return

Email support@fabrena.com with your order number and let us know what didn't work for you. We'll send you a return address. Ship it back using a tracked service and keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed. We may ask a few quick questions about your experience — it helps us improve.


Partial Returns

If you ordered more than one pillowcase and want to return some, you'll be refunded based on the standard price for the quantity you're keeping.
For example: If you bought 2 for €99 and return 1. You're now keeping 1, which is €69. We'll refund you €30.
Not sure what your refund would be? Email support@fabrena.com with your order number before you ship anything back and we'll calculate it for you.
Free gifts are not eligible for return or refund.

No Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of this product, we're unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your fully sealed order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement right away.
